my body clock's way ruined.
anyway, my supposed to be ten to twenty days of trainig at Epixtar went to just seven days. kasi ganito yun.
diba i told you that the passing score for Epixtar was 90%? well, i got 99% (not making yabang ah). well, the people who got 95 above would be skiiping the Communications training and would go directly to Sales and Product traing, this week yun. ayon, they gave us the scripts tapos some people were picked to get certified kahapon, and lucky me got picked.
well, certifications, they say, is the hardest part of the training because you have to do the phone simulations with the higher people (e.g. supervisors and QA's).
so there i was, being catapulted to my advanced certification. my stomach was like in my throat- i was soooo nervous.
'yaddah yaddah... thank you for your time. if you have any further questions, feel free to call..'
end of simulations. result: sale.
so there. i'm certified already.
